Index finger exclusively. I use mouse2 for moving forward so I need my middle finger there for the best dexterity.

well yea , mouse2 +duck is very usefull for some precision maps or hard kz maps like wide strafejumps and so on where you need a perfect duck at landing , about flibo i don't get it :D

Index, bhopping with middle finger feels super weird for me and I'm using it for ducking on mouse2 anyways.

Actually no, well it depends... On climb maps I always duck with mouse2 but on bhop maps I prefer to duck with ctrl but sometimes I do with mouse2 so it's kind of random >.>

''ive been using mouse2 as duck for everthing (y)''

isn't it hard to scroll while at the same time ducking with mouse2 when bhopping?

Guessing by your reaction you're going to find more surprising stuff there. Some (unimportant) aliases are probably missing -- like the use script -- but just bind +use to 'e' and it should work just like I use it. I use this kind of binds for shooting also and almost all other first person games. As for why: I had these controls from day one when my brother introduced me to Counter-Strike. Back then I also used inverted Y-axis on my mouse.
