i mean meh... it's cosy... there's alot of cheaters on there but who really cares, cosy has been like that for years, there is to many maps/demos and not enough demo admins to check them, nevermind check them properly or learn how to check demos correctly, not exactly their fault.
in this case it's just a fairly simple error, an easy mistake when it comes to slowmo, he has compared 3 demos 2 with your normal fps average of 99.997x and 1 demo under an old build version (fps max 99.5) and your fps difference is obviously quite big with this demo being 99.493x.
the difference is usually caused by an adverse effect like slowmo or simply up/downgrading your PC but in this case it's simply just the old BV.
P.S you should check his demos from <2012 ;)
