Your style is candy for my eyes, czupa, so congrats.
I must agree with sitka, those colors weren't that appealing as it could be, but I know you've tried to change things a little.
I didn't quite like how randomly the text "Ambient" appeared. Dat effect at 0:13 was uber for me ... don't know why but everytime I see someone using that, it hits me hard (notintheass). Nice transition at 0:27, 0:38, 0:44. Nice use of the sky color (blue) at 0:33 on 1st-person-view. As for the sync ... it was really well done. You didn't exagerate and more important, you didn't lose the flow. Congrats! :)
Tip: next time choose a decent player that doesn't have a bad history behind him ... just so your movie can be fully appreciated.
edit was really interesting, dont know what i think for it but maybe thats the idea? Jumps was ok
