Searching for Timer plugin[+top15] for other kind of mods

Hi guys,

im looking for a kz-like timer plugin with top15 but for other mods.
I've been playing in several deathrun servers with this shit.
You put start buton at the begining of the map and finish buton at the end.
Well is this plugin useful for other mods and can i use it?
For example - i put that start buton at CT spawn on dust2 and finish buton on T spawn. (or other places.. wherever i want to)
And when some players do a race their time has to be accounted in top15?
The real reason is that i need this kind of plugin for zombie escape mod.
So if somebody knows something.. help!

well i found another thing.
Its deathrun timer, from the same site.
The problem is that i dont understand a shit (polish..) and at the same time i need it to put it on my LAN.
So where the f i have to put these .inl files?

Yeah i already tried with that translator, but the problem is in me.
Actually i forgot to say something really important - i don't understand too much these things (few months ago i just learned how to put mod on my LAN lol)
So could you tell me how to make that plugin to work like this or at least do you know someone who will help me change it?
All i want for now is this:
To place the buttons wherever we want to (start and finish)
No commands such as /respawn /hp auto semiclip (about the semiclip it should depends from the server) etc.
The plugin should work only for humans (because its zombie escape mod)
The only command that i want to be allowed is /top15 with times. (no pro15 and noob15 ofc. :D)
When somebody make it to the top, his name and time should be accounted in the chat.
The plugin shouldn't change anything else to the mod (or if its zombie plague, classic or whatever u want it has to be with the same settings without changing anything..)
Im sorry if i want too much but im also asking in another communities and sites such as alliedmodders.
I'll be really grateful if you help me. :)
