Just one question, have anyone here changed his dpi to a twice higher value?

In february i changed 900 to 1800 because i was running out of space on my mousepad while bhopping and now i have more or less used to that dpi and can sync stafes but i can't gain anything and the max i had was 253 lj, i don't really know if i should change it back to 900 or kerep playing with 1800.

larger than 355mm x 444mm? nty. it was also that it wasn't comfortable doing big mouse moves

I did,i from 1800 to 3600, but i just made my sensetivity in cs lower, so i don't think anything changed. But it's better to use high dpi http://img514.imageshack.us/img514/5360/mousedpiqq9.jpg

What does the dpi on a mouse matter?

I have a DeathAdder and i play on my table's ground. What value would be recommended for this?

I play with 450 dpi and 1 in game sens, and I can bhop normally with a QcK Medium.

Sooo.. any advice how to take my strafes back? not only strafes maybe and thats why i actually created the thread

In my opinion, DPI doesn't matter, it's just sensitivity. Otherwise, the mouse response time (Hz) really affects the gameplay.

I feel comfortable with 400 DPI and 2 ms of response time.

On topic. Yes I change it almost 1000 times per day by buttons to change DPI.
