Wh1te BearD^^21/04/2015 01:09(edited 28/04/2015 13:23)

hello guys, first of all I hope there is no similar to this thread because I don't know if there is. Moreover, since Xtreme-Jumps is an official website for 1.6 and KZmod , I thought of the following:
Why don't XJ make an official team for some popular games/modes there in gaming scene, Like : cs1.6, league of legends, CS:GO, KZmod and Dota. But choosing the best players is decided by approving their skill levels on some weekly tournaments/cups between players (inside the website). Whom ever succeeds on most of the tournaments/cups, he can be picked to join the team for certain game. well I know there are many gamers here like to play other games, and some of them think cs1.6 are enough for their part of gaming life. So maybe this might be a good idea to evolve XJ in some way and keep it running for the future.
and I know for sure this is not easy for the admins to pull it out, with all the decisions makings and options they got to make.
The reason why I want this to happen because I'm a type of gamer who like challenges and enjoying the game at higher tier levels. So when the team is created and faces the world, they know this is not just random team to fight with.

Who ever in the team will be tagged as : NICKNAME
and they will represent the site for their elite levels.

I hope you guys consider this kind of thing and put some effort for this to happen :).

Sorry if there are English mistakes. Your sincerely fellow jumper Morpheos.

Edit: Players available in each games :

CS 1.6 (KZ): Morpheos,
CS 1.6 (Shooting):
KZmod :
CSGO (Shooting): Morpheos, WeMeRa
LoL: Morpheos,
Dota: F4SO , Ft.skY , Beterok
Hearthstone: ZythH^ , sparKEE
Yugioh: Pax

Since this thread is not getting much attention to most of you guys, I guess its probably that it needs so much work/planning and admins acceptance in order for this to happen.
So I decided why let this thread collect how many people in here play the type of games listed, by that we can maybe team up and play together sometimes
.

random Tournament #321/04/2015 01:27

The idea isnt bad, but if it would be made, let's say in 2006. Now half of the good players are in insilio other half kz-random, other don't need team at all. Great, but useless! Also you told about Dota/LoL this shit will take alot of time to create team. And just think how much nubish lol/dota teams are out there and nobody knows nothing about 'em, in 99% it will happen whit xj team too

SzczupaK21/04/2015 01:57

^ Cypek is a beast at LoL. Awesome player. If there were few like he they will acctualy gain a lot.

zythH^ moviemaker21/04/2015 02:06

Me and sparkEE can take Hearthstone team for sure.

Wh1te BearD^^21/04/2015 02:27

@random, I understand how late this kind of idea to pop out, but with a littile bit with cooperation we can make a start. and for the LoL/Dota we can always gather and play custom games and when the number of players appears we can arrange some kind of challenging matches.
@Sczcupak, good to know so I will try to make a list for the players who plays each game.
@zythH^ , Hearthstone is very popular game even tho I have no idea how to play it. but that can be absolutely considered.

CS:GO team would really be possible imo. Good idea as a whole.

Nukk21/04/2015 09:41(edited 21/04/2015 09:42)

Using xj tag in another game? are you serious? i would ask xj to pay me for that. otherwise i would never advertise this for free.
and btw, is it even cool to use xj tag? i dont think so. anything to be proud of? not even close.

Pax21/04/2015 10:40

+1'd, I thought about this myself some time ago

I could be in the yugioh team for sure xD

I know there are lots of guys in insilio and kz.random, but Xtreme-Jumps tag doesn't have to be literally a ''team'', it could be something you're proud to use along with your team tag (nukk thinks it's not cool, but I'd love to have that tag)

And last but not least, maybe it shouldn't be something only pro players can use, but instead, something every member that proved to be loyal to xj, something like that, because advertisement would be bigger if more people had it. And also, most pro players won't use it, like nukk said

@r4xe, exactly! and glad that u liked the idea.
@Nukk, money factor might be absence for the players, But think of the online community that can lead to 5 elite members whom are good enough to compete the world.
@Pax, I felt exactly about this when I posted this thread "it could be something you're proud to use along with your team tag", and the loyality to XJ is supposed to be there in the first place. But eventually everyone have their own way to think about it. thanks for the comment

WeMeRA21/04/2015 13:53

ndR Tournament #221/04/2015 18:06

XJ was a team in 2005-2006, some admins were still using the tag in 2007, but that's it

Wh1te BearD^^22/04/2015 07:56

@F4SO, ur added
@ndR, I didn't know that, I caught up with XJ at the late of 2008 or 2009 and the only time I remember that someone included the tag when FreestyleR made the WR. I might be wrong tho
