Amxmodx not working

Okay I reinstalled my OS and installed steam and then cs, I had backed up my cstrike folder from before which contained the addons folder, which worked before I reinstalled my OS. I then copied the addons folder to my new cstrike folder and amxmodx doesn't work now in my LAN server. Any solutions?

https://www.sendspace.com/file/xy3yx5 Put this in your cstrike and also make sure in options on 'Video' tab you have checked "Allow custom addon content"
