when it looks too far with bhopping, we do ducking before bhopping.

I just want to know how many scrollings are needed for this skill.

I guess he mean how many times you scroll for each double duck and bhop.

I do a maybe 3 - 5, dont know. I dont do 1 atleast

It's not good once anyways, you cannot climb with DD (i.e. goldbhop stairs) with only one scroll

If you are enough skilled to scroll +duck right in the frame with ground hit then why not, scroll it only once. In case if you can't scroll +duck in the right moment then scroll it several times, but remember that you will lose some speed because of it.
