Grove Street (map idea)
Yo guys! I have a brilliant idea! If any good mapper out there is up for that thang then continue reading.
So, I came up with that idea few hours ago. I tried to do Grove Street as a map but as a newbie in the mapping scene, it would be complete fail.. I would definitely like to see it DONE! If any good/experienced mapper out there is able to make that thang then go for it. It will definitely be a top-downloaded map, I bet ya! Wouldn't it be crazy?! Playing Grove Street in CS!! Anyways, I hope there are people out there who would make that shit real, even though it's not a kz map. My suggestions are to make it as a hostage map and also I'll give you the coordinates from Google Maps to follow precisely every detail of it! Also, it would be best if you make the whole square type street, get what I'm saying? I would do anything to see that shit REAL! I think that idea is actually really dope so I'm callin' on ya guys cuz I know you're some damn good mappers out there, you know! Any of you, who has at least some experience in mapping (like to have done 5 maps or so)! That would be the best shooting map in the whole CS history, imo! And I know there are many people out there with tons of spare time, so please guys do that shit not only for me but for anyone out there! That may have sounded a bit gangsta but c'mon guys, it'll be dope af! :D

Grove street. Home. At least it was before I fucked everything up.
I dont get what's so special about that street? I dont see it as something interesting.. Yeah we were chillin as a kids when we were small in GTA but still i dont get the point of it.

Its just fun to remember the good old times, and see this Grove Street in Kreedz edition.
but he isn't talking about a kreedz addition he wants a shooting map and that is ridiculous in itself but to even think about a kreedz Grove Street map would probably not look good either considering its just the street I mean what are you going to climb on unless its a rats map which I hate and there's plenty of them already

Nah guys, you didn't get it. I was talking about a SHOOTING map. It would be stupid to make a map with name Grove Street and be a kreedz one. We all know the reputation of Grove Street: it's gangsta! That's why it should be a shooting map! It's an awesome idea, cuz A LOT of people play GTA and would definitely try this map out!
04/07/2015 00:27WEll its simlple then, find way extracting models like trees from gta to .smd and convert to. mdl and use them and just build the houses etc.
Making it shooting, useless, no one will play it. Do you know what % from all the maps, that are made for shooting, made on the public server. Ofc im not talking about pcw servers, only those official maps are there de_dust2;de_nuke etc. And doing it now when 1.6 is dead with shooting scene is useless.
@Random, you might be right but you just can't disagree with that. It's an awesome idea. But yeah, probably not many will play it since the most played map in the world is dust2 and it's like 70% or more of the map cycle. You are probably right :)
