commands and launch commands

i configured cs 1.6 steam and set these parameters

+_cl_autowepswitch 1 +hud_fastswitch 1 +gl_vsync 0 +gl_ansio 0 +cl_mousegrab 0 +cl_showfps 1 -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd -nofbo -nomsaa -noip -noipx -nojoy -stretchaspect -nomousegrab

my first question is that cl_mousegrab was 1 default, i changed to 0 just to taste. what for is that command, or what value should i use?
and also what should i use -freq or -refresh to set the monitor refresh rate in game?

i was reading this article but those 2 commands are not explaint alright or it generated a doubt

-freq is to set the monitor Hz, i guess it should match your Window's setting. The refresh command applies for the same actually, the latest version of cs should work with -freq, dont worry about the other one

so i use -freq 120 , i don't use -refresh, and i take no care about cl_mousegrab 1 or 0, about right? i'm gonna make a test anyways

i really dont think setting ALL of those commands are good for your overall play, just find the setting that you feel more comfortable with, and that's it.

also, i found that -refresh seems be for hl2 maybe
