Keyboard problem.
Hey, this may sound strange, but i think keyboard is the most important part of equipment for better strafes.
I had a HP keyboard few years ago, it is so cheap, it costs like 3 euros. I was able to jump around 252-3 with 5 strafes with it. Even when i make a longer brake form cs and come back to it, i get back to that distance in a day or two. HP keyboard died recently.
But, few things have changed now, i bought a new keyboard, some MS shit, it costs 10 euros. I cannot jump more than 245, even on a lucky day, i geeked 7 days for 5 hours, hoping it is not because of the keyboard.
I was fighting to jump 240 two times i in a row. And what i realised is that my fingers do not feel natural on this keyboard. When i try to type adadad as fast as i can, i make it look like this adadaaadadadddadda.
Am i crazy, or the keyboard is the reason i cannot jump properly.
Another thing, do you have any suggestions for a proper keyboard, i have big and long fingers.

I am a scientist, my job is to study real life phenomena and come to well reasoned, logical and accurate conclusions about life, which is exactly why I believe Sweden is the worst country ever right now. But not to go on a tangent, it's pretty hard to find a good keyboard these days for kz, especially since they're switching to mechanical. What kind of MS keyboard do you have?

I had my lovely Razer Arctosa since the early 2011, the "D" key tragically broke november 2014, or well to be exact, the membrane under it got a hole so the key didn't go up after i released it. Later on, i bought Razer Deathstalker since Arctosa's outta market and deathstalker is what seemed to me as the most similar keyboard to arctosa. First, i sucked with it. Then, i sucked. And afterwhile i could somehow bhop, but not lj. Hell, even bhop was fucked. If i played a demo of me bhopping in x1/4 i could see all of them strafes are unsynced and look totally random. In mid-july i traded my deathstalker for some guy's arctosa, replaced the membrane from his keyboard to mine and after 9 fucking months the first lj stats i hit with it was 253 lj with 10 strafes, something i couldn't even dream of having deathstalker. I don't honestly think deathstalker was a bad tool, but it is a matter of preference/what you are used to fo real.
31/08/2015 17:37Changing keyboard to one that has a completely different sort of keyswitch and keycaps (high and low profile caps) can be very difficult.
I got 2 mechanical keyboards and i cant play for shits with any of them because i cant get used to the long keystrokes that they have compared to my lowkey membrane so ive pretty much given up on those, still use them for less button spammy games tho
Yeah true story, i can somehow bhop with this, but it is so bad, one good and one bad jump so on. I found out i strafe better with fast keyboards. I like when i press the button it doesn't stick at the bottom, it comes back immeditaly. My keyboard is called MS Dynamite. What about A4tech keyboards?

Clean out those pre-teen stickiness germs in your keyboard. I'm sure once that's out, it'll be like a brand new one. I blame WOOF.exe for my recent messss.

tracer avenger illuminated is good keyboard for kreedz :)
its soo comfortable and quiet keyboard :)

With all due respect, I could of course bring up my arguments from other places that are not as softcore as XJ, but that would violate "political correctness". I think XJ should stay within the confines of everyday "liberalism" a.k.a closed-mindedness for the real world or any original arguments coming from me are far too difficult to handle. But if you reaaaaaaaally want them, then maybe I can think of something, not sure.
