is going to be tough since there are many great sites that does the same job you described.

you`ll have to invest a little in advertising if you want many visits to your webpage. there are many things to try once your site is done like: advertising it on paid-to-click sites(you'll get like 5000 visits for 10$ or so); spamming many offtopic forums :D ; link exchange with other sites; traffic exchange sites where you can either buy credits(visits) or visit other peoples sites and receive credits and many other ways; if you search a bit you'll find them.
