Can someone make anti-cheat for this?

"Hello! Currently the hns scene is in kind of a crisis and it also affects kz to some extent. There's a "new (?)" cheat going around that you can get very easily called "flatcheat" this cheat is used on a LOT of servers and works on servers with above average security which is a big problem obviously. Literally anyone can get their hands on this cheat if they wanted to and I still haven't seen a single server tbh that has an anti-cheat against this, so if anyone has the knowledge on anti-cheats could you please make some kind of protection against this?"

As the one of the people that was testing this cheat as well as rhack and other ones from Riscript before there were public in purpose of developing it to max. I need to say that there is no way to block it its because of totally adjustable and you can change almost every aspect of it. Only way to block it is exploit that would be added by Risc, users that got older versions still would be able to use it since fully develop version of this cheat havent got any exploit to detect it.
Actually it can be detected abit, but the anticheat is private ofcourse. And yeah like szc said, you can change almost any thing you want there, so even if that anticheat atm can detect it, people can still change something in settings and it won't be detected, but not alot people knows how to do it correctly. The good thing is that, it's only pub cheat, recording with it will get you detected pretty easy. For example Wops already tested it on cosy, and i banned him :) Try to visit hnsru.net, and prolly with translate, got to the plugins > there will be alot of anticheats that are downloadable, maybe some of them will help you, but i think they are abit old versions, not what, HNSRU is using atm.

I had a good hns server on my country that the top skilled players always had fun in it.
The way I protected my server was 2 plugins:
1) The typical cvar_checker that constantly check the legal settings (sidespeed, fps, movespeedkey, etc.) of each player and kick him if he use some illegal value.
2) A plugin made by a friend that block the access to players that have 9 digits after the last ":" of the SteamID. I used this plugin to block the entrance of players with fake SteamIDs (No-Steam + Protocol 48) that commonly use kzhacks or something related. Since a time ago the new legal SteamIDs also have 9 digits after the last ":" so I modified the plugin creating a "filter" that I manually add (by request) the SteamIDs of players who want to play in the server to a "white list" that allow them to play in the server normally.
I always had active admins that play and ban players with .dll cheats like speedhacks or some other garbage (which fortunately I never saw) that my plugins can't detect.
I don't know about this specific cheat that you mention but I think it's impossible to make a good amxx anti-cheat. There are some ways to protect the server from .dll cheats, here in Argentina the mostly of the servers are using sXe-Injected; an anti-cheat that need to be installed on the server and the OS of the player. The gameplay with this anti-cheat is not that good, the game it's a bit laggy so I never used it on my server.
I think with a only steam server, the plugins I mentioned and some active admins you can control very well the cheaters. That's the way I had my server clean 24/7.
Try this but it is not finished and not fully tested.
Cheats developers already have got my plugin(leaked to fpteam). It can block 99% old cheats.
