Fps ?

Yo guys!

So i have a little problem here..

So i recently bought my computer and build it wich cost me around nearly 1200 euro's. A pretty decent computer..

Intel i7 4790k
MSI Geforce GTX 970,
16 gb ram,
and i got multiple SSD's,

But i've noticed in games like CSGO, i should have atleast 300+ fps..
But for some weird reason it drops til 130 and sometimes 170.. and i have alot of friends with exactly the same spec that gets above 300 fps all the time in csgo.

So im wondering what can the problem be ? Even with all settings on low im still down at 140 fps..

Any one knows how i can fix this ? ^^,

And another thing, when i play cs 1,6 it feels like i got some postprocess on or something, my mouse feels weird, and i even play with 400 dpi (Yeah i like slow sens) I got an razer deathadder 2014..

And tbh, it didnt feel like this when i played cs 1.6 back in 2006
