Need help with setup a server!

Hi guys, I need some help please.
I want to have my own server but problems come to this unskilled me.
I have no idea how to install the server plugin to my server. My computer skill is only like basic computer app. level :( and I even do not have a server plugin.
Here is the only thing I know: I can get into the FTP. That's all. I heard that in order to set a server up, I need to learn C/C++ (WUT!)
Could you guys who know how to do it post a step-by-step (I am more than stupid) or post a link if there is any video tutorial for it?

moy there are thousands of detailed tutorials out there =]
plugins are easy, u just install amxmodx in your cstrike folder (then 1 folder will appear addons'' and u go inside and install the plugins , like .sma files in script and .amxx files in plugins folder, nowdays is easier they make all files ready.

just research more, u dont need much knowledge.

Thank you KarLi but I still got some problems.
I downloaded the AMXX and it works. I gave myself an admin in server and I could change maps, vote, ban etc. It seems fine.
for kz plugins I directly downloaded from XJ (the XJ offcial pack one) and put it into the folder on FTP but those plugins do not work in game. I checked the plugin.ini and those names were added under the 3rd party line. I have no idea what's going on :(

well see if the .sma and .amxx names match to the plugins.ini list, should normally work u know, if u try other plugin u might see if works fine, and that the actual plugin needs more changes to make it work, find out =d
