Bhopping in CS:GO vs 1.6
Hi!
Just started with csgo and was trying to bhop like I used to in 1.6. This didnt work at all.
You cant duck and release before landing to gain speed for example.
What do you think of bhop in csgo? What are the main differences between bhop in csgo vs 1.6?
Any good guides/tutorials?
cs 1.6 kz > cs go kz
it's pretty different and somewhat random, but you can learn to master it pretty well. but you can't count on it on every situation. 128tick (community servers, Faceit & ESEA) makes bhopping a bit more easier but you can get better on it even in 64tick matchmaking servers.

then you just gotta practise and practise, as it's so different from 1.6 bhopping.

hope that xjs gonna make some standart bout this cuz of right now is like having to switch from 10aa to 100aa all the time
no legal settings for kz
and if we add the randomness of the bhop in the game at all its even worse

but cs 1.6 bhop is always original and hot so yea
128tick csgo = easy i think?

your never gonna get legal settings for csgo kz because of what valve has done to the game, it's not like the csgo kz community decide, oh lets just switch every single setting from what 1.6 kz was
22/01/2016 11:24Hey Zpamm.I always get the same answer as your from csgo player when i ask them about "legit" settings without that bhop helper.For example few months ago i wanted to try csgo:kz and i downloaded kz_nix, started my lan and i have finished it with those legal settings every1 says that are too bad made by valve so it must have a plugin .I understand that is super ridiculous the way you move on valve's settings..but the 360bhops and turn arounds point blank on strafe jumps are ridiulous too...the speed you gainwith that plugin in air and whereever is need, is just too much in my opinion.Without that everything seems pretty ok.
OT:the Stand-up bhops cant be done on CSGO cuz of valve messing with duck settings.However you can duck and release right before you land to jump so it gives same feeling...is random too, but it feels sometimes better, dont know for sure , all my practice is from Competitive :P

Same thing here brother, been practicing different shit in competitive and that's what I noticed too, though it's pretty random like you said.

The thing is if we played on csgo legal settings, csgo kz would just be super slow and boring, it would be way less popular and we probably wouldn't be having this conversation. Regardless, personally i play csgo because i have a lot more friends/community people that play csgo but if i had to pick 1.6 or csgo i would totally pick 1.6 because thats what i started with in 2004.
