how long till my map gets accepted?

well I'm assuming it'll get accepted since soulfather said that every map will get accepted regardless of how ugly it is. So going by that statement it's only a matter of time until my map gets accepted. Right now it has been like 1 month since i sent it in but i still havent heard or seen anything about the map being released?

Not to break your morale here but I uploaded my map on january and after all ups and downs in the mapteam it got first checked around september and released in november.

Hey,

the latest map submissions weren't noticed until recently due some issues regarding the site. All the maps have been now checked and will be released on the front page very soon. We apologize the delay, Coppenst was running KZmod's day-to-day actions and it took us a while to figure out distribution of the tasks he handled.

For other KZmod mappers out there: we'll accept all the maps that are playable and don't contain major bugs or shortcuts. The most important thing is to publish the maps fluently and that's what will happen for upcoming submissions, now that we're organized.

@Roach not if you are in a kzmod section

I'm happy to answer all cs1.6 map questions in the appropriate thread or if you contact me directly. For the past year we were able to contact mappers within a week or so after submission (except some time in September) and offer help to all mappers who approach us. Don't hesitate to contact admins, communication is the key.
