i just heard of kzmod, but how do i play?

That's it for the moment.

Most of the maps are integrated in the game and the custom ones that've been added after the initial KZmod 2.0 release are downloadable from the map list -> http://xtreme-jumps.eu/download.php?list.22

The community is still small in numbers and most of the players seem to prefer recording WRs on their own listen servers, rather than playing on XJ servers for the top lists or for fun. And that has always been a big thing in 1.6 kz as well, people grinding WRs on their own, as the World Records can only be recorded at your local LAN servers.

Even tho public servers are always fun to play on, kzmod is designed in such a way that it is fun to play on you LAN server too. Good variety of maps and mods, some of which arent present in 1.6.
