PlaySpeed and Velocity Issue in Vegas

Yo guys !
I gonna make a kreedz movie but I have sum problems.
I can't fix my movie speed while editing (from Playing Speed or Velocity etc.)
It's not fast enough . I mean I can't make the speed , NORMAL .
I recorded my demos with 300 FPS on HLAE . So plz Help

How do you get it in vegas? In order to achieve normal speed by default you put the pics in Virtual Dub and save it as an avi uncompressed but before that press ctrl + r and change fps to 300.

i put the pics on VirtualDub and change fps to 300 and Save that as an Uncompressed avi File , but when i'm play it (on windows) it's slowmotion , and when import it to vegas and try to speed-up with Velocity and Playing speed options (on track properties) a bitter faster than before , but it's not enough (I put both of them on final grade)

actually this not my problem , one of my fellows wants me to put it here , He Gave me below text and told me put it here:

If I do what U say will the full time of movie remain in vegas or it gets lower ? Then if I do that I want the movie to have normal speed and suddenly be slow in some places for a TJ or part Is that OK?

And again if I do what U say the quality of movie stays good or it gonna change or sth ? I had made the frame rate higher before in virtual dub but the quality of movie got worse and It was laggy

also I have some limits to increase the movie speed in vegas.

I increased the movie speed in one project and I imported this project to the main project and then I increased the movie speed enough but it had problems in speed part and it was laggy too.

Fps you put in VDub has to always be the same as the fps you've captured in hlae with, no point to raise it. For as long as you export it as an avi Uncompressed it won't lose any quality.

300 fps = 300 frames per second. If your video resolution is 1920x1080 each frame is about 6MB. You can make the maths from there. But in general yes, files are huge.

So what should I do?
if for every tj space near 50 G will , i need 1 T Free space :| but i havent !

If you are not gonna play with velocity, you can try these settings for recording in HLAE:
mirv_movie_fps 30
mirv_sample_enable 1
mirv_sample_sps 300
It requires 10x less hard disk space in comparison with 300 fps recording and you'll have the same motion blur

You can use the lagarith lossless codec to export your .avi from virtualdub, drastically reducing the filesize without losing quality.

First i Record 300 fps clip with lagarith encoded that Decrease Space File to Size 20 g but Is large still and i cant set speed
so i do The way mr en3y then with this way Space File so Was low!(with use lagarith encoded) and i can set Speed as I but Movie is not Smooth

You can't slow down your playback speed without lags appearing because of low-fps capturing (real fps is 30, not 300, you get only motion blur as same as if you captured it with 300fps). My method is good for run movies for example, where you not gonna play with playback speed

Sorry we couldn't help, filesizes are still huge even with lagarith, moviemaking requires a lot of free space.
