uq_jumpstats mod /speed bug

Hey guys, I installed uq_jumpstats mod on my private server, however every time I play with friends and the teams switch, the speedometer disappears and you need to type /speed twice (once to turn it off, as it says it's activated, and the second time to reactivate it).
I tried getting the mod from others places as well, I can't resolve this however, will u guys help me pls? :x
