e107 website setup

I need some help setting up a website in e107. It's for personal purposes, and so the payment won't be phenomenal. But I'd try and make it, certainly worth your time and effort.

Forget that e107 even exists. There are better options out there, I think every one of them is better than the autistic e107 child.

any cms, its just on what you feel comfortable.

if you want to use e107 use the newer builds v2 or get the github forke.
its nothing compared what xj uses know days. since XJ is still based on the older 0.7-0.9 versions.

if you want to create custom pages stick to the plugin code style otherwise its a pain in the ass to fix problems (see xj. xj used in the past different code style and mostly injecting their own code in the core)

for my QA portfolio for the games industry i am still using e107 and with the right configuration and plugins it works like a charm.

I recommend WordPress and XenForo , and a plugin for make connection between them

sry psh, but i strictly hide it from my hobby. because of contact infos and co.
its enough for me that qa companys has it and indie devs.

only 3pages managedable on the adminpanel for:
- Who am i (frontpage)
- Resumè (which games and what my qa task was)
- Contact infos
