SQL Top CVars: (Add those CVars into kreedz.cfg for prokreedz_sql)
- kz_sql_host "mysql6.000webhost.com" (IP of the host WITHOUT http://)
- kz_sql_files "jkzrank.comli.com" (IP of the domain you have the php files on WITHOUT http://)
- kz_sql_user "" (Username of DB)
- kz_sql_pass "" (Password of DB)
- kz_sql_db = "a6229123_top15" (DB Name)
- kz_sql_name = "server23.000webhost.com" (Name of server)

Correct?

Dude seriously, next time at least hide your password.

I have no idea why would you need SQL top15 for your LAN server, but as suggested dEMolite install it on your local machine, it will be much better.

Then you did something wrong. You should try KZ-Rush LAN pack, IIRC it has SQL-free top15 system https://www.dropbox.com/s/3txzkharyoq37os/lan_server_v1.07.zip?dl=0

If you want to try kz-rush lan, you should be aware of some important aspects:
- tops are made simply via .txt files, so you can change or remove records just by working with mapname.txt files placed in \cstrike\addons\amxmodx\data\kztop folder
- top15 works only for you, it will record all your trys; if you want to open top15 for your guests, change "KZ Top15 is only for you" item in the Settings Menu (or by setting cvar kz_topalone 0)
- when starting lan is updating world records (both xj and cosy) by getting the list from kz-rush site, so it may take a while for brazilian player to start lan server; you can turn it off in the same Settings Menu (item named "Allow Downloading Of Records List")
- by default there are two messages when you finish the map - comparing to wr and comparing to kz-rush record; you can disable the last one in Settings Menu -> Communities Records Menu.

i think your webhost is denieing outside connections.
most providers are have set their sql servers up that theyx are only allowing internal connections.
