updates to the kz-endo servers

Our coder and kz-endo co-leader, gladius, spent the weekend updating the PhooGi climb plugin for our servers. A lot of bugs were fixed including the one where you sometimes cant resume your run after speccing, and a bunch of new features were added. I'd like you guys to check it out and tell us what you think, give any feedback on things we are still missing and need to get, or any additional bugs glitches and exploits you might have found.
