don't know the exact distances of the jump there.
might be that the jump is a bit other on de_dust2_long ( http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/1958 ) then on de_dust2?

might be (didn't watched/played the map dust2_long). just recogniced that he wrote he made it on this map and not on the official de_dust2

here in argentina it called "MA" which means "Medio Arriba" in english, upper mid :P.

btw imposible in my opinion.
