FPS drops/stuttering

Whenever someone talks on voice chat I get really annoying and fast fps drops (it goes to around 89-70), it looks like the game is freezing and it just gets impossible to play. Anybody with the same problem or a possible solution?

The problem still occurs even with voice 0, I wouldn't want to play with voice 0 since we brazilians use a lot the voice chat, I don't want to stop my runs to type something.

Does it happen on all servers or a specific server?
You can try reinstalling Steam.

Noticed that on kz-endo servers. And yeah, even with voice_enable 0.
