strange mouse problem
Hi all i search a lot and cant find the fix... So my problem... My mouse start to moving really fast sometimes when im doing strafes... its like dpi goes up to 10k for 1 second and than back to normal... i dont have acceleration on in windows or in mouse settings. i have a mouse mevement recorder is all fine just for 1 second i have random something like acceleration. Here is what i mean:

stop using mouse movement recorder = problem solved.
although i would love to see a demo submitted by you using that thing.
I had a problem like that, is really awful and i have no clue about how to solve it. I just changed my mouse and never happens again.
Maybe a new software on your computer is messing up things.
I'm steam user. i try 3 different mouses and same thing. I will make a demo but it looks like i just move mouse fast but i didnt.. i jump for year and i know how to move in sync... so its not me its not mouse because i try 3 different mouses. so idk.. in mouse recorder red/green are the moments u have acceleration... so in the picture i send i dont have acceleration just in this moments and its very annoying when i try to jump like that

yes i have its the same. i think it maybe something windows 10 is doing.. because this is from 1 week. before it was okay. Its not some game setting i didnt change anything .. i was fine last week... just imagine u bhop normal and for 1 second when u do the right strafe for example your mouse suddenly becomes too fast and u turn way too fast to right and your bhop is ruined...

well i didnt change anything i was playing with rawimput 1 and no Enhance pointer precision .... its like my mouse slows down as i move it left right left right strange...
What about m_customaccel? Make sure it set to 0.
guys .... before 1 week all was good i didnt change any setting in my game :/ its something else... but dont know what... today i install new nvidia drivers it was good for a few hours i restart my PC and again problems
Try with Enhance pointer precision 1 and make sure the game is not running at that time. There is also "razer synapse 2.0" acceleration option it's need to be 0.
Try this : Go to "Start" -> search for "Mouse" in the search bar -> Click on "Change on how your mouse works" -> Click on "Set up Mouse Keys" -> Move the Acceleration thing to the far left (Slow) So you can remove the acceleration -> Apply.

I don't have or can't find that options on my windows
Im pretty sure it's negative accel from your mouse, try using another mouse or use raw input
29/08/2017 23:31I had this problem years ago so I don't remember if I found a solution. Though, m_rawinput didn't help, neither updates on drives, reinstall steam etc ... try to google this problem, you'll find alot of topics
Have you tried the CPL mouse fix?

it was a Windows security update do this... idk why and how.. i just uninstall it and all is good now... :)
