Steam Won't Load Anything

Hello, today a very fucking annoying problem came up: I can't load anything on steam except my library. I am searching for countless hours for a possible fix, I tried EVERY fucking step to fix this shit but nothing works. This is a known problem that happened to lots of people in the past, and they fixed it with some of the steps I tried, but as I said nothing works here, the curious thing is that I can load stuff normally with the big picture mode but that shit sucks ass, so this is a client problem. I will write a ticked to steam support but at the same I will post here because they literally take months to answer. So, does somebody here know a possible fix for this piece of shit called steam?

This thing fixed itself, I have no idea wtf caused it, I was browsing steam market and closed the tab, 5 min later I wanted to check how many people were playing PUBG (it was the peak-time, I check it everyday) and it was not working anymore. After 12 consecutive hours trying to find a solution and fix it, it ends by itself. Crazy stuff, the thread can be closed now, thanks.
