SOLUTION!!

hi! in my previous windows i had bought cs and install it.and than i downloaded all the maps,demos.and after that due to some issues i had to download windows again.and ofc i have to install cs again.after i installed it.all the maps,demos which i have downloaded on the previous windows were not present anywhere in cstrike.if i have install cs and than downloaded maps etc and than delete cs and reinstall again.all the map and demos should be present in the cstrike.because i have downloaded in steam cs.and everything should be saved whether im playing on another pc.i have downloaded it and than they should be saved forever.but thats the the problem all the maps and demos,i had downloaded are all gone.
