And 299.999999 sbj pre some months ago, no screenshot of it because I accidentally pressed the clear console bind (mouse5) when I was bhopping, I accidentally press it and mouse4 all the time when I'm bhopping because I get too nervous.
that's impressive
this happened to me earlier; i didnt hear the jump sound maybe because the jumpoff was too low.

ROFL, lowest joff I've ever seen for sure. Imagine missing the block with such joff. Did you ever get X.000000 or X.999999 joff? I saw that happening 2 times back to when I was geeking lj. I remember I got a 20.000000 and months later a 6.999999 joff.
These LJ stats plugins are not very accurate so once you make a jump without a step sound - this is exactly 0.00000 jumpoff jump.
P.S. This definitely won't impress any longjumper out here because stuff like this happens quite often if you play kz_longjumps2 a lot.

I spent countless hours playing ljs2 and hundreds and hundreds of hours spectating good longjumpers but never seen any of this stuff before.

i got lots of 299.999 while geeking 247 bhop block before candEE land it(first? or was it dexter? dont remember) and it always slowed me down like it was 300+ prestrafe... never truly understood this hl1 engine :)

cahz0r actual max prestrafe is 299.96, after that it's as if you jumped with 300.0
I've had a lot of 299.96 though. (Doesn't matter if its sbj, dcj, wj etc.)

I totally second that. I put a 240 kkz lj in one of my maps and it is close to impossible, I can't even imagine 250 kkz stats.

Although your horizontal speed may indeed be less than 300.0, you always have 4.0 vertical speed at the moment of jump.
sqrt(299.999^2 + 4.0^2) = 300.025
300.025 > 300.0, therefore your speed will be reduced to ~240.0
So, the maximum bhop prestrafe with 250.0 speed weapon is ~299.975

I failed 242 kkz stats several times trying to finish my map.

But I've also done a couple of 246's after that; didn't screenshot though because was no longer anything impressive to me.
Important to understand that you can't really jump such stats with lj and I'm pretty sure it's a bhop longjump that is 250 we are discussing here. I didn't really attempt kkz jump stats purposely but I imagine it should be pretty easy. You kkz jump so you get 299 pre on bhop and instantly move your crosshair to a right direction.

Well you can't really get decent pres on that block, it is too small. I watched nike getting 248 with a different technique than the one needed in my map.

you almost can't do less than 240 stats when you're doing it right, it's about doing the prestrafe correctly and also knowing the timing and angle

i thought people doing 240+ but LJ kkz, not bhop with good prestrafe...my bad with words

@fame..you mentioned 4.0...vertical speed...does it have anything to do with jumpbug? can be 'reversed jumb' be synonym for jumpbug...?
