Simply i will explain like this :
afu u had choice between usp and knife to break that glass. Now with new rule u have the choice between usp knife and other pistols to play with in any map. everyone still equal like before and rules do not protect stupid people.

He meant that if a record was recorded with USP and the run was really good with risky jumps, later on a guy could exploit it via finding the correct weapon, and while not doing a run as good as the old one, he will still beat the wr due to simple pistol switch. Of course, the guy with the old wr can attempt it again, but there's no guarantee that he will get a run as good as the first one even if he beats the new WR.

So no matter how you look at it it's not okay to have it here. Skins are okay though, no? I think you are allowed to put deagle model on your USP although it will still act as USP. ( correct me if i'm wrong, but demochecker will see the demo with casual USP, no?)

Yep everyone else would see his standard model or custom model. depends if he had installed one or not
