ppl shoot/slash some even pressing +use or showscore while jumping it is common and he/she is doing first jump and LJ with spacebar so it isn't even that hard

Some people scroll with their middle finger (maybe that's how patchouli plays?), then your index finger is always on mouse1.

I do play with middle finger on scroll, because of nervousness I can see patchouli hitting both at the same time, it's not surprising.
