Bhop prestrafe issue

Hello,
i have this problem,
when i am ingame and somebody send me message on steam then i cant hit good prestrafes on bhop,
its like from 3 jumps one prestrafe is below 200, when i close chat window its okay again
and if i turn off notifications on messages i can avoid this , but dunno if someone have this problem

steam webhelper consumes a lot of cpu power when someone sends you a message, its the new system. it happens to me as well. its a steam problem, not yours

disable steam overlay in game or use the launch options for steam and enable the old ui
