How much for my pc?

I basically want a laptop in exchange but I guess I'll have to pay some extras for it and I don't know shit about computer specs. The info is probably not complete so tell me what's missing, I'll edit my post.
And btw, how much does a decent laptop cost nowadays? I don't need it for gaming at all, just some cs 1.6 rarely and some quake live. Maybe I won't even ever run a game, that's a possibility too.
You can sell it for like 350-400 Euro in my opinion and a decent laptop would be around 800-1000.

Outdated components that might be sold at some private component shops still but for 100-200eur it's an okay bargain for someone.
I sold AMD Radeon 290x, AMD FX-8350, basic HDD, same age MB for 100 euros, I didn't even dare ask more for such trash. Had been sitting 4 years in a closet as a secondary comp and I lost quite a lot of value by doing so.

That's the problem with selling old PC components they get obsolete in a flash. If I had sold my previous computer when I bought all-new, my recent one in 2015. I would have got ~ 70% since the parts were rather fresh around that time. But today 2019 they don't even sell these parts at public/bigger distribution places. And even I got a bit lucky by selling my stuff to a guy who was assembling a computer for his son because that's how most of us got our first PC, from someone elses remains.
Still try your luck Shock and get the best price out of it. I don't know how things are in Russia regarding PC components but for sure you have bigger nieche market than I do in Finland and your prices tend to be little bit higher I believe.

Regarding your laptop question: around 700e you get a decent enough pc (4 cores CPU, 8go of RAM, 128go SSD) + some low end gpu to run cs 1.6 and other old titles w/o a freeze. It's all enough to browse the net and enjoy some movies on an 15.6" IPS screen.
edit: you can even go lower than 700 by ditching an added gpu, cs 1.6 should run fine on intel's integrated HD graphics
