USB issue(?)

So, everytime there's some new USB device connected, things go crazy...
Problem number 1: After a while, the caps/num/scroll lock lights stop lighting up although the keys and the functions are working normally.
Problem number 2: Sometimes the lights freeze randomly.
Problem number 3: If I exit iCUE and open it again, the keyboard will not show up at all. Sometimes it does, and when it does, it appears with a warning sign.
Problem number 4: Sometimes the keyboard goes crazy. It is like super slow, I press for example caps lock, the light will light up several seconds later and if I try to type anything it will also appear several seconds later and the letters will keep repeating until I press another key. Like "thissssssssssss", "s" will keep repeating until I press another key or "S" again. I have to wait a lot of time for it to come back to normal or unplug the keyboard. Unplugging the keyboard, exiting iCUE and opening it again fixes the problems but I don't want to do it everytime a problem occurs because it's just SO annoying. __Problems solved after I uninstalled a usb-related software my brother used to test his stuff for a few minutes__
BUT...
Problem number 5: I got a G403 and didn't have any problems with it, but today I got a brand-new Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma and when I plugged it in a few minutes later my mouse was unresponsive, worked again by replugging it. Then it happened again and of course plugged the mouse in again. I restarted the computer and then problems from 1 to 3 came back again. I unplugged the Kraken and started to use my previous headset again and got no more problems ever since.

I tried updating windows, changing USB ports, updating iCUE, using and older version of iCUE, updating the keyboard's firmware, updating the mouse's firmware, resetting the keyboard, updating USB drivers and I still have these problems. I just don't know what to do anymore... These problems are just outright bizarre...
Any ideas?

maybe a format would help.. or test it on other PC mate..

The thing is that USB headphones aren't that common and some motherboards (and their firmware) are really bad at managing unusual combinations of peripherals + software. I owned Krakens for 1 week and everytime I moved my mouse or activated the microphone on them, i would get annoying buzz. That only happened on one of my PCs and it was most likely mobo issue. I solved it by returning krakens and buying headphones with jack plug.

This motherboard should present no problems, how many USB devices are connected simultaneosly?
What i would suggest is flasing the BIOS with the latest version, 90% of the times if there is a problem with the motherboard, flashing the latest BIOS fixes the problem.

I think flashing the latest bios of your mobo will most likely fix the issue. You can try enabling HPET in bios and windows to see if there is any difference

13/07/2019 09:05(edited 13/07/2019 12:22)For some reason I cannot flash my BIOS. I noticed that the mouse stops responding whenever a sound or video is playing.
13/07/2019 12:24Problems fixed after I just plugged the headset to a 2.0 USB port. I will keep an eye to see if the problems will come back. As for now, it is all right.
