Low fps in some maps with AMD GPU's

I have had this problem always with ATI/AMD. Maps like kz_man_dreaming have like 50fps with AMD GPU's. Is there any fix for it?

kolac had this issues too and without fix I think :[

It seems to be most kz_man maps. My favorites :(

weird, so far i have had 0 problems with rx580, older gen GPU's that i had struggled alot tbh :D
