HNSRU Leagues! A breath of fresh air for Hide and Seek!

Dear members of Xtreme-Jumps.

Recently, we (HNSRU community) hosted a Hide and Seek tournament on our website - www.hnsru.com
Some of you were spectating and watching stream live on our channel. Our goal was to create a platform for HNS where everyone can play and enjoy the game with some of the best players alive. Shortly speaking, a breath of fresh air for HNS. The community never had a place where people could hang out and enjoy the spirit of HNS. That's why we have decided to create one!

After a *sort of successful* stream and overall tournament organization, there was a massive spike of attention from Russia and other countries to HNS in specific. Tournaments are fun and can be hosted every month or so. However, our team has decided to bring something new to the table. Something that will last for months/years and will be semi/100% automated. Something that will refresh the community and bring more people to play HNS.


Ladies and WOOF.exe, as an official authority of HNSRU, I present you - HNSRU LEAGUE!


HNSRU LEAGUE is an automatic system that gathers information directly from our servers and tracks your performance on-air. Each and every league will be of 1 month, and at the end of every league, we will grant prizes to TOP 3 players! Aside from detailed statistics, such as - Survival Ratio, Stabs Per Game, KDA, Average Speed and plenty of other 'goodies', we have also added a solo performance feature! You can determine the best of the best, track their and your own performance in EVERY GAME, compete on the highest level possible and enjoy the true spirit of HNS. All you have to do is to join a server and play your first 5v5 game. The system will track your performance automatically!

What do we have now and what do we plan to implement?

Currently, we have 2 servers in Moscow. The number of servers can (and I think will) rise to an unlimited amount. Our hosting is operating with databases all over the world. Starting from the USA, ending up with China. The number of new servers depends on the activity and overall interest to HNS.
The website is yet to be translated. However, we are already working on it.

That's pretty cool. I'm not a HNS person but I watched your stream a few times during the tournament. GL with this project.

Remember to notify us when there are ongoing tournament streams, only found out about this last time and I was still a tad bit too late and had to binge watch all the past tournaments on youtube, that stuff brings a lot of nostalgia, great work and good luck with it in the future, keep it up!

Holy snap dude. Long time no see ahah. How are you these days? All gucci?
And yeah, I think I will post info to XJ discord/chatbox and everywhere I can, about streams etc.
There is a 5v5 skill tournament that is about to happen soon. We will open registration within 5 up to 7 days I think. So keep an eye on the website and stay safe.

Doing great these days except the quarantine boredom, hope you're doing well as well and are staying safe :). And I've been the one spamming the chat and donating in english under the nickname "nullplus_" on twitch since I can't speak russian, so sorry for the annoyance :D, looking forward for the next tournament.

As a big fan of HNS myself, I really like the idea of a broader community, also the league system sounds very intriguing. Quick question: are you only interested in 100aa setting or is there any chance of 10aa being implemented as well, since there are very few servers of the sort on the "market" as of now.

Also, I am really looking forward to the upcoming tournament and I am especially pleased to hear that it's going to be skill, since I find boost rather boring personally.

Thanks man. We're working with the HNS community in Bulgaria to implement HNS in bkZ. If everything goes to plan, we might have some interesting HNS stuff coming out soon.

Hey! From what we see, people mostly play 100aa these days. However, if there will be enough activity and requests from 10aa community, we would be glad to open additional servers for sure! (Besides, we already have a setting that switches 100aa to 10aa on air, and realiy is that nobody wants to play 10aa).

Can you tell me whats 'Boost' in rank stats?
Also who are the coders for the project? It seems it requires more advanced ones :D
