For me they're grey with ligh tblue laces.

@mallee, even if u do that, he will still see the same colours on the shoes as he saw the first time, its based on which side of ur brain dominates (left/right)

afaik in isolation its not. i did this with a friend i zoomed in on the pixels and they became the correct color

It's not fixed though, it is possible to see it differently after multiple viewings or certain time period, idk exactly what the criteria is.

download the picture, zoom in until you don't see the contour of the shoe. problem solved
