i also knew the second but ive never seen the jump in a movie or elsewhere the first jump too
and thedy the first one is definitely not easy ;)
its easy when u can do it permanent but maybe i simply used the wrong way

insen i did the first w/o strafe with stand up bhop like 9 months ago man .. 1 or 5 mins..something like that , i remember thedy show me that jump and i said "=> its easy" and the 2nd "gerkz" show me that and i said "its impossible" ... for me the jumps are VERY old , never done the 2nd , but the first .. w/o straf before bhop the box =/ and thedy "create" the first a loooooooooooooooong time ago =/
