ctrl doesnt work with scroll (sometimes)

Hey there
I've encountered a weird thing from yesterday
when I want to shove myself with scroll (scroll up + ctrl) sometimes my ctrl doesn't work at all. I mean, I do scroll up then hold ctrl but only scroll up registers

I hold the duck all the time after ctrl but as u can see there, sometimes I'm not crouched

also, there's another thing, when I do LJ I cant get +40 gain. even with 276 pre i have 240 distance barely but in bhops, I get decent gain and synced strafes

is it possible that scroll thing happening in strafes too? (I've heard about overlapping in csgo but IDK if that's the case or no)

Well if your ctrl doesnt work, perhaps it's your keyboard? Also for some reason those demos are broken. I assume they are not from your lan server?

no, it's not. I tried my laptop's keyboard too ( this demos recorded with an external keyboard ). and this only happened in scroll up + duck (at least I just noticed this) but my ctrl works in SBJ o holding duck in landing
and yeah, these demos were recorded on kz-rush and kz-endo since I don't have plugin pack on lan
should I re-record on LAN?

High CPU usage or ram problems, pekz just buy urself a new pc my man, notebooks are not for gaming.

I have a laptop and run dota 2 on 250 fps using vulkan, ~200 fps in csgo, but it cant run 100 fps in 1.6. It's probably not about the hardware.

i don't think that I have any high cpu/ram usage
besides of that, its only in cs, I have ~150 fps in dota 2 on max setting, even 30fps on red dead redemption 2
anyways, look at this htop, I don't think that anything is wrong (opened programs : chrome with 5 tab, steam, cs 1.6, Telegram)

1) Send me your config file in current state
2) Use:
bind mwheeldown/mwheelup +jump
bind mwheeldown/mwheelup +duck

If that doesn't work, rebind your duck to shift/spacebar and see if it helps

it's pretty much default config, I'm gonna test binding duck to another button

edit :
changing duck to shift solved my problem

If that solved ur problem then it probably comes in conflict with the laptop software for combined keys.

i still believe cs's engine is old and bugged and will keep doin such conflicts

what else u can do is kill alll any other open software running see if that helps

@flash im not sure about software bug since it only happens in 1.6

@karli idk its just weird whenever i switch back to ctrl this happens
