Need help fixing my longjumps.
Still cant hit more than 257, im trying 8 strafes but still no luck hitting, maybe it could be keyboard issue? I'm using random logitech one. If anyone could see the problem, please say. Also i think strafes are too wide for such amount of strafes.

At this level maybe some prayer could help! I know how insanely good player you are,so you should be the one giving advices to guys like me,that never had more than 253 :)

06/05/2021 19:14not a pro or anything since i recently started getting high stats, but it's definitely hard to get high stats with 7 strafes. maybe try 8 strafes and if you can make the airtimes lower with strafing faster i believe you'll have a better path. not an expert or anything but just my advice i guess :D. i have got 257 stats with as low as 330 max speed, so gain is obviously very important but you can get better stats with lower gain and better path

1. Your strafes start off a bit too big, not by much but at these distances it starts to matter a lot.
2. Your 8th strafe is currently nearly useless.
3. The jumps start off well, but in the middle/end your keys start to overlap by multiple frames which is very bad for distance.
Didn't check how your mouse movement is coordinated with your strafing but those are few things I noticed. I would recommend switching to the kzrush stats to learn more about what you're doing wrong.

wich keys are best pls(red,blue,brown)? i'm using blue since many months and its still tricky to play with
Most people do better on membrane keyboards though, me included. I've had mechanical for over a year now and my strafes are still broken.

Preference i guess, done 258s with both red and blue but i prefer blues

257/258 seems to be the limit of many great jumpers, not sure if anyone could help you. At this point maybe you should try to copy the movements of a strafe bot. Install a cheat software, do some perfect 258/259 jumps and try to get as close as possible with legal settings. I’m not even kidding.

I took me over a year and half to jump a 250 lj after the switch. And still to this day it never felt the same. sadkek
I dont know if advice but i think u said u Jump with scrool and not space. I was trying my 255 dream stat like 2 months and did it in 30 min when i tried Jump lj with space. The thing is atleast for me when u Jump with space u can focus more with strafes and mouse.

I recently did 272 dcj stat, still far away from nearly 275 stat on membrane

Yes I agree with space cause I jumping only spacebar longjumps myself somehow its easier me to get better airtime with mousewheel my airtime is bad.
To improve to 257 i think you need smaller strafes for sure its too wide for lj but good too have nice MS.
