LJ Records with LESS strafes (No More Updates)

So, I start this topic for you guys to post any of your records done with 1-2-3-4-5 strafes.
No BhopJumps, LadderJumps and Slide LongJumps techniques included for certain reasons.
Lets collect all the demos you got through the years.
If similar topic was created before, then it should be deleted.

RULES:
- You need to pack your demo with WinRAR.
- The name of the demo must be: 240_lj_nick_1strafe or 255_lj_nick_5strafes
or 260_cj_nick_1strafe or 240_sbj_nick_3strafes and etc.
- Any blocks are accepted, for example: doing SBJ on LJ block.
- Demos should be done with 250 units per second. Knife or USP used as your main weapon.
- ONLY LANDED demos will be accepted.
- There is no MINIMUM jump length except LongJumps.
(noone knows the minimum, so its allowed to post any) - editable.

NOTE about uploading: please do not use sendspace filesharing.

I dont get it, alco demos are allowed if theyre landed, no neurogus is allowed also (:D)

what about 10-15 strafe jumps

I got 245-246 sbj with 4 strafes, but I am not convinced if it can be considered good since I have no one's stats with this amount of strafes to compare my jump to.
