how old are you? oO start reading dude.. this is not meant to be a comic, you can find the solution to your problem without viewing those pics!
when you found the error, start >>reading<< tutorials for vertex manipulation. I guess you played around with a powerful tool without having a real clue what you were doing.
READING TUTORIALS :)
that's what mappers who are getting started with hammer should do first.. :P
