top15 help !

Hi , Im using Prokreedz on my server and i want the top15 to admits only 0 cps timers and only 1 timer for each steamid user.
How can i do that ? thanks for answering :)

Sry, I only can give you the code for 1 Record per name, maybe someone can write it with SteamID ^^ Its in ProKreedz-Help-Thread on page 6
