kz_stronghold, Multiplayer version (kz_stronghold_mp)

Goldsrc collision sucks ass and it also has weird conflicts with plugins, kz_stronghold_mp (Download Link)

Moved the elevator up, and the doors are now open, the button does absolutely nothing, added two platforms u can jump on to get down, and added a health regen at the blue crystal before the elevator if someone will want to run the server without /god. also makes it.. tournament viable i guess. Nothing was changed aside that, the clip type remained the same.

Fixed some visual bugs at the platforms in the elevator, it was clipped inside the elevator door... Stupid me.
