If you are using Prokreedz.. change the sma file and compile it so. Here's the code (works for me with team_changer)

public respawn(id) {
new pid = id < 100 ? id : id-100
if(cs_get_user_team(pid) == CS_TEAM_CT)
spawn(pid)
}

Not really, it was originally based on KZ Jump Plugin, which is based (but built from scratch) on yours.
