in my case it boosts your maxspeed a lot.. if i do a cj my maxspeed goes up to 370+ and cj pre goes up to 299

Deverloper boost your FPS up, ranging from 100-500FPS if you're computer allows it, which usually also affects your maxspeed and makes things go way smoother. Sry for offtopic D:
