Strafe jump and multystrafe jump length

@Insen you can do a normal pre with just runnig straight ahead and turning the mouse to one side. So its totally senseless to post w/o pre dems. you just could say with a pre lower than 255 units/sec. But a jump w/o pre is a jump with a take-off-speed of 250 units/sec. What you say is just another technique.
