Is it possible to remove the Recycle Bin from desktop for XP users?

Yea. Right click on it and press "delete" (I am not joking ,I did it this way)

Other way: on Desktop -> Properties -> Desktop -> adjust -> remove tick @ Recycle Bin :D (or sth like that // Using Win 7 here its not the same way, but in XP it should be the right
