Your link does not work Lolz :P Well, Sprite, you don't have to do it in one "bhoprun". The easiest is to stop a few places, and bhop twice on those. Demo

If you manage too keep your momentum all the way through i think you can jump to the box on the right side of the vent, not sure though...
