Watch your demo in slow-motion and compare it to others demos.

You have too low sync (47 sync) and your doing 6 strafes, try do less strafe but really sync them. Also look down at the block so you can see when the edge is coming.

250 is possible with cj + 2strafes ;) so keep practicing nice strafes rather fast and ugly..
